Church Inventory ("we", "our", or "the Service") is operated by ShommyX Technologies Inc. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, organization name), inventory data you enter (equipment details, photos, maintenance logs), and usage data (login times, feature usage).
We use your information to provide the inventory management service, send notifications and alerts, improve our product, and communicate with you about your account.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS for all communications and store data in secure cloud infrastructure.
You own your data. You can export all your inventory data at any time in CSV or PDF format. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
